Little Furnace

It was February 2013, two friends (Ryan and Peter) took a trip to Palermo, Sicily and on a slightly drunken evening stumbled into a local pizzeria.

The warming, rustic, soft and cloudy disk of wonderment, adorned with high quality toppings accompanied with amazing wine changed everything they knew about pizza.

That pizza sparked an idea that soon became Little Furnace. The locally owned, first Neapolitan pizzeria in Liverpool.
