Originating in Brighton, UK, we have witnessed the rise of the sourdough, traditional neapolitan style pizza. Although there are some incredible round pizzas on the South Coast, we felt the scene was becoming quite samie. Which is why we decided to do something a little different, quite a lot different in fact!

Cutie Pies breaks the rules of traditional pizza experiences. Our pizzas are rectangular, not round. They are crunchy, not chewy and fluffy, not flat. We are the deep dish dream that we’ve all been missing in our culinary lives and cheese pulls are what we do best. We managed to convince our good friends at The Star & Garter Pub, Brighton to let us sling square pizzas through the hatch to their customers. That was over 6 months ago and the rest is now history
